My Family
Good morning, everyone. I hope you have had a great week so far.
I would have to say that this past weekend was all about my family. First off, both of my daughters had friends over on Friday night. It also means that their friends are considered as a part of my extended family. They call me mom and I love it.
It also happened to be my youngest daughter's birthday on Saturday. Her day consisted of sleeping late, watching k-pop videos, playing the wii u, and just having an easy and awesome day. You are probably wondering what k-pop is. Well, I will tell you. ....it is Korean pop music.
On Sunday, we had a small birthday cake and ice cream party for Jessica. She is not a teenager anymore. She is an adult now. WOW! .....Since the cake and ice cream was a last minute get-together, not all of the family could make it. Think of it this way. I have four brothers and sisters, and all but one is married. Three of us have two children a piece. So, yeah, you could say that my family is large. And the kicker is that we spend time together on a regular basis for holidays, birthdays, and just to get together.
But, all in all, I hope she had a good time.
So, just remember that family is everything.
